We invite you to use your blog to get that passion going! We are in the hopes that this website will incite a new passion for you in regards to modern-day slavery and inspire you to action, even right now! It can even be as small as getting the discussion going. Every little bit helps! So express those thoughts and feel free to blog away!

Hi All,
I am in the process of researching child sex trafficking in the United States. I have been a bit depleted of information at the moment, but I am very slowing uncovering information. If anyone has any suggestions about where to find information about Cambodian immigrants that are victims of sex trafficking in the United States that would be extremely helpful!
If you are looking for background information on your respective country, I found this site to be particularly helpful:
http://www.humantrafficking.org/countries/united_states_of_america (you may have to copy and paste into your web browser)
I have just begun the initial process of researching.
I would love to hear how everyone else is doing and where you are in the research process!

Hi All,
So here is our blog that we will log onto 1X/wk to update each other on our progress toward research. Since we are a group of 5 and the report is ranging from 4-8pgs, please make your reports 1-1.5pgs each, double spaced (ie 0.5-0.75pgs, single spaced).
Things to remember when you blog:
1. Write a title!
2. Select the category "REACH UNIAP Initiative" (so we can keep all the blogs in one place)
3. Write! (The update does not need to be long- in one paragraph summarize any new findings, where you are in your research process, and anything else that you want to add ie if you heard a good song on the radio, had a good weekend, random questions about life, etc. or if you like, articles/cool facts or stories on the topic of modern-day slavery and human trafficking)
Hope this helps!
Please blog 1X/wk. It does not matter when you turn it in, just as long as you did one for the week. Plus, I want to hear some good summer stories!
Kelli
